William Greathouse was dismissed from his place of employment, a Holiday Inn Express. He was the handyman there.

It is believed that he was dismissed based on lies and false allegations by some of the female employees of the hotel.

The hotel management were offered the opportunity to explain the situation in writing and refused to do so.

The General Manager, Jodi Mohn, is now being Lawfully Noticed as to her Lawful Obligations in this matter. The notice is attached in both the scanned and PDF version.

So Bill and I got a letter back from some lawyer.

The letter is attached below. It's pretty funny actually.

I particularly like this bit "NOTICE:  This message (including any attachments) is covered by the Electronic Communication Privacy Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2510 - 2521, is confidential and  may also be protected by attorney/client privilege."

So it is an "act". What is an "act". It is part of a play, part of a pantomime. Something that is not real. And none of these acts apply to me anyway.
