Ok....I have spent a good two days going over this next lawful notice to all members of the Irish Parliament, all the members of the legal fraternity, all members of the guardai and the editors of the major news outlets in Ireland.

In this Lawful Notice I make it clear that no matter how much effort a man puts in to make peaceful resolution in writing for the criminal acts perpetrated against him by members of the guvment, the judiciary and his ex there will be no remedy forthcoming from the criminals in the parliament in Ireland.

I make it clear there has been a long runnign "war on fathers". So this Lawful Notice is the ultimatum to the criminials in the guvment, legal fraternity, guardai, and editors in chief in the media.

Cease and desist your war on fathers by September 1st 2012 or I claim a state of war exists between fathers and these four groups on the land known as Ireland as of September 1st 2012.

The blunt refusal of the fathers of Ireland to create new courts and to volunteer to sit on new juries in new courts means that the vast population of fathers in Ireland agree that Ireland should be a lawless land and that they are not willing to do as little as to sit on juries to make it a land where the protection of the law is offered to all.

In this way those fathers who are fed up will be able to LAWFULLY commit ACTS OF WAR against any member of the groups called members of parliament, member of the Irish Law Society, member of the Guardai or editor in chief of a news outlet AND THEIR WIVES, HUSBANDS and CHILDREN.

If Anders Breivik taught us anything it is that killing the children of politicians is a very good way to get their attention. Certainly endless Lawful Notices of their crimes does not get their attention. These "Public Servants" refuse to respond to a long running stream of Lawful Notices going back more than two years.

So..if an Irish "Anders Breivik" gets it into his head to go and shoot a few children of a few politicians? Well? The only people that should be held responsible for that ACT OF WAR are the politicians who made peaceful negotiation and re-introduction of the rule of law IMPOSSIBLE by refusing to answer lawfully delivered correspondence.

If a few Irish Fathers, who have been brutalised and victimised in the Irish Family Courts start killing a few politicians, a few lawyers, a few judges, a few Guardai...and a few of their children? Maybe these criminals will start to listen up to the Lawful Notices being delivered them.

This state of war will remain in force from the 1st of September until the first properly established Peoples Court of Ireland comes to order. Any man who commits an act of war in that period will be treated like a soldier meaning that he will be released at the end of hostilities. Acts of war are not crimes and are not unlawful and can not be punished with length jail time.

So...lets see what the members of the Irish Parliament make of this.

Subject: Lawful Notice to all members in the houses of the Oireachtas Declaring a State of War from September 1st 2012

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Over the last 7 months you have been presented with the irrefutable evidence of criminality in your family court system by way of Lawful Notices that have been noted as received. These same notices were served in October 2010 to Brian Cowan and Mary McAleese.

For this entire time every single member of these two houses has chosen to refuse to do the jobs you are paid to do and to remedy the criminal acts against me as a precedent to remedy the criminal acts against so many other men in Ireland.

It is time for the members of these two houses to make individual decisions that will affect their lives. Each of you are being given the decision as to whether to cease and desist with your unlawful and not publicly declared war on fathers, or whether to accept that you wish to continue to prosecute you war on fathers in Ireland as an open hostile declared war.

Naturally, should you continue to prosecute your war on fathers then any father or man who commits an act of war in return will be treated as a prisoner of war and will be released once hostilities cease.

I do not know a single father in Ireland who wished this war brought to his family by those of you who are criminals in the parliament. But I do know a few who are fed up and want it to stop. I was unable to raise a jury to put an end to the war on fathers peacefully. So I am giving you one last chance to end this war peacefully, and I am giving the deadline of 1st of September after which the war on fathers that you are prosecuting will become a declared conflict.

I strongly recommend each of you read this rather lengthy attached document carefully.

Since you are connected to the lawyers and the police? I suggest you forward this Lawful Notice to them too. This concerns them as well.

If you choose to continue to prosecute your war on fathers? You had better pray there is no Irish “Anders Breivik” out there. It seems Anders Breivik has made it very clear how a man is to gain the attention of politicians who continually wage a war against men and refuse to respond to requests for those criminals in guvment to cease and desist their criminal activity.

All it would take is one man. Just one father who is pushed past his limit.

I wonder if all of you in parliament are willing to take the chance that not ONE Irish father has got it in him to commit an act of war against you and your children? Especially seeing how you have prosecuted your war against fathers and their children with such ruthless efficiency.

I will leave you to your deliberations.

Best Regards

Your brother peter
