Thanks for your email. I understand your position and yes, I can help.
There is not much to be done about your ‘court meeting’ next week. Your best advice about that is to send them a lawful notice that you do not do business with criminal cartels and that you will only attend their meeting that they invited you to if they pay you your fee, and I would suggest a fee of at least 10 troy ounces of 99.99% pure gold.
Currently THEIR presumption is that they own your children and that they can do whatever they like with THEIR children. You have not properly claimed your property of your children and so you have to go through that to properly to rebut their presumption of ownership of your children. You do this through your claim of right.
So, the FIRST thing to do is to refuse to contract with them and tell them you do not recognize them in any way, shape or form.
The second thing you are well advised to work on is your notice of understanding, intent, and claim of right. In that document I suggest you claim an inalienable right to be the father you choose to your children if that is what you want.
Personally? I disowned my former children and have nothing to do with them. I see that as the MUCH better option. The mother wanted ownership of the children? She can have it. The children did not want a father? Then they can do without. If ALL men did exactly that? We would have solved these issues long ago. Indeed. The only reason the criminal scumbags called the ‘legal fraternity’ and the wimminz get their way is because men are brainwashed enough to ‘fight for the sake of the child’. Who are they fighting? Well? The mother, the state and the kids. I recommend to each man just dis-own the kids, refuse to pay income taxes, spousal support or child support. Like I said. If ALL men did this? We’d be done.

Once you have created the NOUICOR you are well advised to rescind your presumed consent to be a slave via the marriage certificate. You can find the forms for this in the book.
