This is my private agreement. This Private
Agreement transforms the the debtor trade name PETER ANDREW NOLAN(c)
into a transmitting utility. That is, it serves as a conduit granting
the Creditor, Peter-Andrew: Nolan(c), capacity for interacting,
contracting, and exchanging good and services in commerce with other
artificial/juristic persons. This is an important document to understand
as to how separation between the juristic person and the human being
man, myself, works.
