Hi all ...... In that he said when he was borne there were there were three of the same name and one born on the same day.  And Peter you can put this up on the site.

In matters of Child Support Agency and Collection.

One of out guys has invested over $110K in this.  CSA are bluffing credit societies and banks to pay out fathers alleged debts to CSA on the basis of a “letter of demand” but not ‘positively’ identifying the alleged debtor by ‘tax file number’ {TFN}.  Peters birth situation demonstrated this necessity.

Here is the interesting point CSA has access to the tax file number but by law cannot reveal it to anyone.  The financial institution should be protecting their clients interest and not pay out without this positive identification - the make themselves prosecutable by their father client - if he will - well we now what blokes are.  The also have denied you a ‘court’ opportunity of stating you were overcharged   Make me your CSA representative and I will expose how you were overcharged and taken any remedial actions to put your case.

Lawfully the financial institution should refuse CSA’s humble ‘letter of demand” alleging under the act they can ‘force’ but it only means they ‘can’ send a letter of ‘demand that is simply a letter with on collection powers.

Thus CSA should be forced to file a collection application in the court where the father has an opportunity to argue such as the alleged debt contains a massive ‘overcharge.  Who would stay with any financial institution who a scammer sends them a scam letter and they give away YOUR money?

Value this guys financial investment in your financial.  Make a contribution by being proactive when you are wronged by Government and help others beyond helping yourself.

Regards Robert
